1. Scope of Application
These terms apply to all events, meetings, and services organized by Ksenia Chudina Art + Event, as well as to all online bookings made through the website.
2. Booking and Payment
A participant is considered fully registered and entitled to attend only after the full payment has been received or a valid registration with a special code has been confirmed.
Payments can be made through the available payment methods listed on the website (online payment, bank transfer, or other indicated options).
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 10 days or more before the event: 100% refund.
Cancellations made 5–9 days before the event: 50% refund or the option to transfer the fee to another event.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event: no refund.
If the event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.

In all other cases, participants automatically give their consent for the use of photos and videos featuring them for promotional and community-related purposes.
